Position: Fleet/Diesel Mechanic
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $25/hour + $750 Sign on bonus
Experience: At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience; strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
Education: High School Diploma.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day; must be open to weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Job Description:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and component replacements.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
- Maintain equipment at required performance standards.
- Identify root causes of vehicle issues through driver interaction.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, DOT, and company guidelines.
- Report equipment concerns or safety issues to management.
- Support continuous improvement and perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:
